1. Real Deal wild rice

   Real wild rice is more gray, and not black like cultivated rice. It also cooks in a lot less time. The taste is also unique because it grows naturally in lakes. As long as I can buy this rice, I will never eat anything else!

   This is the first time I bought and cooked White Earth’s wild rice. I cooked it in a regular pressure cooker with the ratio of 1 cup of rice to 3 cups of water. It cooked perfectly in about 12 mins. And was delicious.

   Ever since I purchased this at a fair in Minneapolis one summer, it is the only wild rice I buy. I love this hand harvested and naturally organic wild rice. The texture and flavor is wonderful. I am also happy to support White Earth, and "Keep It Wild!" Thanks for such a great product.

   I bought four packs for holiday delights for family and friends. Everyone is always so grateful for this really yummy, healthy fruit of the earth.
   Many thanks to the harvesters and all the folks who put work into bringing food from the water... wild rice to us!

   I bought this rice for my elderly mother who has dietary challenges. She loves it and will not eat any other rice. Thank you for making my Mom's life so much better.

    I'm so glad I tried this rice. I mix it with regular rice and it makes a world of difference in the texture and flavor of the rice. Just amazing! If you are reading this, you are considering buying the rice. Do it. You will be happy you did.
