White Earth Wild Rice Salad

3 cups uncooked White Earth Brand LONG-GRAIN Wild Rice
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup small dice celery
1 lbs small cubed deli turkey
1 cup toasted pecans
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

1 TBLS Atomic Chef "Ranchers Steer Rub" - http://atomicchefspices.com/
11/2 cups Raspberry Vinaigrette(well Shaken)
Directions: Cook White Earth Wild Rice in water until cooked slightly under-done. Completely chill cooked rice.
Mix all ingredients including cooked White Earth Wild Rice in large bowl, Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve Chilled.
