White Earth Wild Rice & Shrimp with French Cream

In 2 TBLS of Clarified butter I pan seared:
               

6 26-30sized shrimp(cleaned and deveined)
               

2 TBLS finely chopped white onion
               

1 clove chopped fresh garlic
               

1/4 cup chopped orange bell pepper
               

1 cup heavy cream


Reduced cream by half and then added Atomic Chef"Fines Herbes De Provence". Remove from heat and swirled in 1 TBLS unsalted butter(Cold).
Serve these shrimp with a generous portion of Wild Rice Pilaf and garnish with chopped green onion.
