Shrimp Wild Rice

1 cup (Washed) wild rice
1 can of medium deveined shrimp
1 can water chestnut sliced
4 stalks of celery
1 bunch of onion sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil rice in 1 quart pan for 25 minutes, strain and rinse with cold water until cooled. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Chill and eat!
