WILD RICE CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD
Mix together:
5 Cups diced chicken or turkey
3 Cups cooked White Earth Wild Rice
1 ½ Cups diced celery
1 ½ Cups sliced seedless grapes
½ Cup sliced water chestnuts
1 Can (13.5 oz.) Pineapple tidbits or chunk (drained)
1 Cup slivered Almonds
Mix and pour over the salad: 2 Tbsp. Orange juice 1 tsp. Soy sauce 1 ½ Cups Miracle Whip Lite
